Good Morning! It's raining here in Alaska but I am determined to have a good day. I've decided that it is time to start clocking in at 6am - i need to be up then anyway to make the coffee i might as well clean the busiest toilets in the plant while everyone is sleeping. (i made the mistake one day of making a bigger pot of coffee and not allowing much extra time for it to percolate...that is a mistake you only make once.) But don't you know i was cleaning a toilet and someone came in...and then he had the nerve to look at me like I shouldn't have been there. So i finished up the men's room, quickly did the women's room and came back here to open up the snack shack and enjoy my bowl of cheerios, banana and OJ. (Someone tell Grandma that i am taking my vitamins too) I figure I am a morning person anyway i might as well get a jump start on my day and then I can end earlier and have more time to relax and make dinner before having to get right into bed for the next day.
There is a mystery trash bag of laundry in the laundry room - which is not where people are supposed to drop off their dirty laundry. They are supposed to put it in the supplied bag with the large safety pin on it identifying the owner in the appropriate bin. So now i get to play Nancy Drew and figure it out OR hold it hostage and wait for the poor fool to run out of the rest of their clothes and come find me...I think i choose option B.
Alright off to play in the rain. Oh and the Japanese Techs oversee the roe room. They know the proper ways to handle it apparently there are lots of regulations when it comes to roe...so now you know. (mom - i think the added pressure of the roe room might in fact warrant a rubber duckie shower curtain to make you feel better about life)
